Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Order processing time

We process orders as quickly as we can so they're on their way soon after you place them. If anything about your order needs attention before it ships, we'll reach out using the email address on the order.

Returns

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that show signs of use beyond trying them on, or that are missing original packaging, may not be eligible for a return.

How to start a return

Email support@altapano.com with your order number and which item(s) you're returning, and we'll send you next steps and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email support@altapano.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll get it corrected at no cost to you.
