Two-Year Limited Warranty

New Altapano gear is covered for two years from its original delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from altapano.com.
What is covered
Coverage includes a manufacturing or material defect that prevents the product from performing its intended function, such as a lock, joint, stitching, or structural component failing under normal use during the coverage period.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes, scratches, fading, or expected tip and grip wear.
- Damage from accidents, hard side impacts, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or modification.
- Damage caused by using the product after a crack, loose lock, or other warning sign appears.
- Lost or stolen products, or products purchased from an unauthorized third party.
How to make a claim
Email support@altapano.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, when it appeared, and clear photos or video. We usually respond within 1–2 business days and may request additional information before approving a claim. Do not ship a product until we provide instructions.
What we will do
For an approved claim, Altapano will choose a reasonable remedy based on the problem and available stock: repair, replacement with the same or a comparable product, or refund of the original item price. We cover shipping required for an approved U.S. warranty claim. A replacement does not restart the original two-year coverage period.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state. We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
